The leadership questionnaire is a game wherein the leader will make a list of questions that will bring out the leadership skills of a certain employee. The second type is called group activities which include fun icebreakers, puzzles, and the like. Each team must have at least five or more members. The “We Trust You” game is a special kind of activity that can test the trust of your people. You have to understand that trust is one of the main components of being an excellent leader so make sure that they have this factor too.
